You so knew this post was coming, didn’t you?
It’s that time of year. Let’s have a moment with some holiday farmhouse inspiration. Ya? Ya. First things first…a little glimpse of the exterior of our little city farmhouse all lit up. Look for a full holiday tour soon!
And now for some pretties from the interwebs:
This is so much New England charm, I can’t even handle it. It’s like an elegant gingerbread house without all the distracting gumdrops (don’t hate on the gumdrops, Kate! Ok, Kate.). It’s good we’re starting this post out with our sane foot forward.
OMG YASS to the white farmhouse all decked out in wreathes and covered in snow. And the yellow door? Beyond precious.
Let’s have another:
I mean–COME ON. We all want to spend Christmas here, right? It’s gonna get cozy.
And while we are on the subject of Christmassy white farmhouses:
The Beekman Mansion boggles my brain year-round, but it is some extra special sauce during the winter. If I’m being honest, Beekman EVERYTHING boggles my brain. It’s just all too good.
A little more white winter farmhouse magic:
Okay, so this one’s technically a barn, but those stars sleigh me (see what I did there?). Good ol’ Martha. Follow the link for a tutorial on how to make them.
But then, also…red farmhouses for the holiday win!
This is from one of my very favorite Facebook pages: The Old Red Farmhouse. The house and gardens are so enchanting–not to even mention the menagerie of adorable animals that call this place home.
Okay, so this one’s a store. But still. Just look at it!
New England-style red winter farmhouse: be still my heart.
And yet another darling red farmhouse–with SPOT. ON. christmas lights. Goals, people, goals.
Hope you all are finding plenty of holiday cheer this year!
Stay merry. Stay bright.
